Bond System
Bond Products: Corporate Bonds
Bonds refer to debt certificates issued by corporations to raise additional capital within a specific period. For holders, it represents a common debt relationship. Holders have no right to participate in the management activities of the corporation, but they can annually receive fixed interest payments from the company based on the face value of the bond, with interest payments taking precedence over shareholder dividends. Corporate bonds typically have longer terms and must repay the principal upon expiration.
